Theatre Lead
Geofrey Mnangat leads the Theatre team at Shalom Springs Hospital. The role supports coordination among theatre staff and the wider clinical team, helping ensure that preparation, procedure support, safety checks and handover are connected across the patient's surgical care journey.
The role of the Theatre department
Theatre services support patients who need surgical or other procedures. Care involves preparation before a procedure, coordinated support during the procedure and a safe handover to recovery and follow-up teams. Theatre staff work closely with surgeons, anaesthesia providers, nurses and other clinical professionals.
